This piece is handmade by San Francisco artist, Joyce Fujiwara. It is glazed with food safe material and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Please note that slight variations in size and color are natural part of these handmade pieces.
Joyce Fujiwara makes functional ceramics with masterful designs that are both functional and beautiful. A tile setter by trade, her attention to details and designs is unlike any potter I've seen. As a potter myself, it's often mystifying to see how perfectly her work uses the magic of clay and color. Joyce is the co-owner of sfclayworks studio in San Francisco, where she makes her pieces and continues to teach ceramics. Follow her process over here.
